Construction work for Broome County's second Planet Fitness gym was delayed because of the Covid-19 pandemic but the facility now is expected to open soon.

The Broome County Health Department is advising anyone who was at Planet Fitness in Vestal November 2 between noon and 1p.m. to self-quarantine.

Broome and Cortland County Health officials are reporting new possible exposure sites to the coronavirus.

A second Planet Fitness center is expected to go into operation in Broome County this spring.
