Some areas of the Twin Tiers are cleaning up from severe weather that even included a report of tornado indicated by radar in Bradford County, Pennsylvania.

The National Weather Service is warning most of New York State about the potential for a winter weather mess.

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for 5 p.m. March 28 to 6 a.m. March 29 for much of the Southern Tier of New York and Northern Tier of Pennsylvania.
