New York burn ban

The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation has issued a no burn ban beginning today through May 14th

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials are charging a Smyrna man for violating the New York State ban on burning for allegedly leaving an open fire unattended in the Town of Meredith.
