Owego Police say a Florida man is accused of using fraudulent credit cards to buy huge amounts of diesel fuel he pumped into a secret tank in his truck.

The New York State Police remind people to be on guard for phone scams after a Florida woman recently was arrested in the so-called “Grandparent Scam.”

Two Florida residents are accused of being in possession of about 50 forged and cloned credit cards in Broome County.
