The driver of a golf cart involved in a hit-and-run crash was found at the Links at Hiawatha Landing course in the town of Owego.

A resident of Thornwood and Meridale is accused of backing into a vehicle parked at the Dutch Deli in the Hamlet of Meridale and fleeing the scene.

New York State Police say an Owego woman is accused of driving drunk with her baby in the car, hitting another vehicle and leaving the scene of that crash.
