Johnson City Robbery Suspect Arrested
A Johnson City man has been arrested and charged with burglary for stealing items from the village's Walmart.
Police say 47-year-old Brian Kelsey was observed taking the items by store security shortly after 7 p.m. on March 20th. Kelsey allegedly fled from the store on foot before attempting to hide items down an embankment a short distance away...
