A Cortland man is being charged with reckless endangerment for allegedly running over a teen with a Utility Terrain Vehicle at a graduation party.

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials are continuing to investigate a head-on crash on State Highway 206 in the Town of Walton that sent four people to hospitals, at least one with possible serious injuries.
