Susquehanna County is finally going Green and the Southern Tier of New York goes into phase four of reopening.

At 11:59 p.m. June 4, Pennsylvania residents will no longer be on lockdown under Governor Tom Wolf’s coronavirus emergency declaration.

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf is elaborating on what it means for businesses to reopen in counties that are going into the Green Phase.

Governor Wolf may announced 17 Pennsylvania counties will go to the green stage, allowing businesses to reopen with occupancy ,health and safety requirements.
