New York State Police are investigating a tractor trailer rollover crash overnight that shut down Route 17 in both directions near Hancock in Delaware County.

Few details are being available at this time concerning a head-on crash on Pierce Creek Road in the Town of Binghamton late in the morning May 16 that sent two people to the hospital.

Garbage trucks are now added to New York State's “Move Over Law.”
