The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook with a Flood Watch and Flash Flood Warning in Central New York and Northeastern Pennsylvania.
The National Weather Service in Binghamton is cautioning Twin Tiers residents to be aware of the possibility of flash flooding from heavy rain in the area.
The National Weather Service extends the Flash Flood Watch is now in effect until 8 p.m. July 14 for a portion of central New York, including Broome, Chenango, Cortland and Delaware counties.
