Eastern Standard Time

I'm no expert on the whole time change thing, but I have to ask, who does it benefit?

Several states have been lobbying for an end to this twice per year time change, and I for one, agree it should end.

For me, it messes up my schedule, at least during the first week.

In addition to remembering to turn clocks back one hour for Standard Time before going to bed November 5, people should change the batteries in smoke detectors, vacuum the units and test them.
