A New York City man is now charged with homicide by motor vehicle in connection with a crash involving a charter bus carrying Cornell University students.

Ten students and their bus driver are recovering from minor injuries after their charter bus bound from the Rochester area to New York City for a field trip slid off Interstate 81 in the Town of Virgil November 21.
