Broome County has passed 65,000 residents infected with COVID-19 as it begins distribution of thousands more home test kits.

Broome Emergency Services says until further notice, people can pick up home test kits during business hours in the Health Department lobby.

Officials with the Town of Chenango Ambulance service are exploring their options after stopping service September 30 following decades of operation.
