Adult Survivors Act

Hundreds of formerly incarcerated women are planning to sue New York State for sexual abuse by prison guards under the recently passed Adults Survivors Act.

New York State Governor Kathy Hochul supports the principle but did not mention if she supports the bill as it is currently written.
