New York Governor Cuomo announced the 11 p.m. curfew on bars and restaurants was being pushed back to midnight starting Monday, April 19.

Binghamton Mayor David (R) says the state’s decision to extend the 11p.m. curfew for food and beverage establishments is “unfortunate and unnecessary.”
