Spiediefest and Balloon Rally underway

The Spiediefest and Balloon Rally is taking place this weekend at Otsiningo Park in Binghamton.

Spiedies and hot air balloon launches draw large crowds.  Plenty of entertainment...plus many vendors are located throughout the park.

Officials say to plan for traffic delays.  Parking is available at SUNY-Broome with shuttle buses to Otsiningo.

Broome County Security notes that all backpacks and any bag or container larger than 14 by 14 by 16 inches are prohibited from the park.  Visitors will have to go through security screening, including inspection of bags.

Weapons...alcohol...or illegal substances are prohibited at the park.
