Route 11 Rollover Investigated

Broome County Sheriff’s officials are investigating a rollover crash in the Town of Kirkwood that has sent one person to the hospital.

Emergency Services officials say it’s not believed the driver was seriously hurt when the vehicle crashed on Route 11 near Blakesley Road at around 9:30 p.m. July 30, closing the road for over two hours.

Crews from the Kirkwood, Conklin, Five-Mile Point and Great Bend fire departments responded to the scene.

There was only one vehicle involved in the crash and the driver was alone in the car.
