READ THE TRANSCRIPTS: Attorney General Releases Cuomo Interview

The once "highly confidential" testimony of former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and the women who have accused him of improper behavior has been made public.

State Attorney General Letitia James on Wednesday released transcripts of interviews conducted with Cuomo and those who made complaints about his conduct.

In a statement, James said she plans to release additional transcripts and exhibits in connection with the investigation.

The transcript release had not been expected. The transcript of Cuomo's video recorded testimony from July 17 is a 515-page document. The then-governor was questioned by attorney Joon Kim, who was retained by the attorney general to investigate the accusations made against Cuomo.

Hundreds of pages of additional transcripts were released with testimony from women who have accused Cuomo of sexual harassment or misconduct.

A criminal complaint against Cuomo was filed in Albany County late last month. His court date was postponed until January after the Albany County district attorney indicated the complaint was "potentially defective."
