A Binghamton man faces a half-dozen charges after police found cocaine, marijuana and weapons in his apartment.

Authorities say 23-year-old Kevin Hill was arrested following a month-long investigation.

According to New York State Police, drugs were confiscated from Hill's apartment at 4 Cary Street.

Investigators say packaging material, a gravity knife and chukka sticks also were found during the execution of a search warrant. Police also seized $4,840 in cash.

State police, Vestal police and the United States Drug Enforcement Administration were involved in the raid.

Hill was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. He also was charged with two counts each of criminal possession of a weapon and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

Hill was arraigned in Binghamton city court and sent to Broome County Jail without bail.
