Police Believe Missing 17-Year-Old Girl May Be in Binghamton
Authorities say a teenage girl who has been reported missing could be in the Binghamton area.
According to New York State Police, 17-year-old Kathleen Miller resides in Steuben County. Investigators say her home in in Wayland.
Miller also is known as Valerie Angel Amato. She was described as white; 5 feet 2 inches tall; weighing 130 pounds. Police say she was last seen wearing a blue Buffalo Bills sweatshirt, leggings and black sneakers. She was said to be carrying a white duffel bag.
The girl was seen Wednesday afternoon in the village of Dansville in Livingston County.
Police say Miller has relatives who live in the city of Binghamton.
Investigators say people with information about the missing girl may contact the New York State Police or call 911.
