Pennsylvania Man Accused of Pocketing Home Improvement Payment

A Sayre man is accused of taking thousands of dollars from an elderly Bradford County man under an agreement to do renovations to a home but never doing the work.

Pennsylvania State Police say 43-year-old Kevin Campbell is charged with home improvement fraud.

Investigators say a 75-year-old Rome, Pennsylvania man gave Campbell $14,000 on December 2 in an agreement to perform home renovations.  Campbell is accused of failing to perform any of the tasks that were in the agreement.
