Owego Man Turned in for Child Pornography

An Owego man is facing felony charges following a cyber tip to the New York State Police concerning child pornography.

49 year old Mark Moseman was arrested following a search of his North Avenue apartment October 1.

State Police say they charged Moseman related to digital child images he allegedly possessed and disseminated using the internet.

Moseman is charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child less than 16 years old and promoting a sexual performance by a child less than 17 years old.

He was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $1,500 bail.
