Oneonta Woman is Arrested for Drunk Driving Outside of the Courthouse

An Oneonta woman is accused of driving drunk to court.

New York State Police say 45 year old Carolyn Murray is accused of showing up to court with a blood alcohol content of over twice the legal limit.

Murray was arrested after witnesses at the court reported an intoxicated woman walking inside then getting into her car and trying to drive away.

Murray, whose blood alcohol level measured at .17% percent was stopped by a constable as she tried to back her vehicle up.

Murray was charged with driving while intoxicated and ordered to appear in Oneonta Town Court next month.
