One Suspect Charged, Another Sought in Binghamton Shooting
Police say one man has been arrested but a second suspect remains at large after a shooting on Binghamton's West Side.
Authorities say a 32-year-old man was shot in the arm near 52 St. John Avenue. The shooting was reported at 6:12 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say one of the suspects in the incident was found a short time later near Glenwood Avenue and Lake Avenue.
Detectives say 40-year-old James Durham of Binghamton was charged with first-degree robbery.
A second man is being sought by police. He is described as black; five-feet, six-inches tall; with short black hair and a muscular build. He has tattoos on his arm and neck. He was last seen wearing a red T-shirt.
