Norwich Man Arrested Following Dispute

A Chenango County man faces charges after a reported dispute.

According to state police, 42-year-old Patrick Seeley of Norwich was arrested Sunday.

Authorities say the arrest followed an incident on Dan Main Hill Road in Norwich.

Seeley was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment.

Seeley was arraigned in Norwich town court and ordered to reappear in court on Thursday.

Police say an order of protection was issued by a judge.
