Newark Valley Pleads Guilty in Woman’s Overdose

A Newark Valley man is admitting he sold drugs to a woman that led to her overdose death in Vestal in February.

65 year old Raymond Ellis Senior pleaded guilty March 7 to criminally negligent homicide, criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal sale of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.

The 44 year old woman was found dead at the Skylark Motel in Vestal.
