A man wanted in connection with a bank robbery in New Jersey is being held in Cortland County after an off-duty Deputy noticed two men at a Cortlandville supermarket matching the description of two suspects in an incident involving credit and debit cards.

The officer was at the Tops Market on Route 281 shortly before 6:30 p.m. and saw the two suspects who were wanted for a suspicious activity complaint filed earlier in the day.  Officials say they found 22-year-old Mohamed Kamara of Jersey City had a warrant issued by the FBI for a bank robbery on April 14th in North Brunswick, New Jersey.

Police have not made the identity of the second suspect public.

The investigation into the incident involving the credit and debits cards in continuing.
