A well-known spot in downtown Binghamton is about to become home to a new business.

The Upper Crust will be opening soon at 15 Hawley Street. The establishment will operate where Stone Fox Bar & Pizza had been located.

Stone Fox closed in December 2024. Before that, the location had been occupied by Zona & Co. Grille and Parlor City Pub.

Christine Pasquale-Urso is one of the owners of The Upper Crust. She said the place will be open Saturday to coincide with the St. Patrick's Parade in downtown Binghamton.

The Upper Crust will feature pizza and soups, along with several other menu items. Pasquale-Urso said it will have an "extensive wine list" and desserts.

A soft opening is planned for next week. The Upper Crust is expected to be open Tuesday through Sunday.
