New Albany Man Accused of Having Sex With Teen

A 27 year old Bradford County man is accused of having sex with a 16 year old girl while he and his family stayed the night at a friend’s house in Franklin Township on August 26.

Pennsylvania State Police say 27 year old Stephen Garinger of New Albany is accused of asking the girl to have sex with him during the night, to which she consented, before he went back to a neighboring room with his wife and children and went to sleep.

September 20 Garinger was charged with corruption of minors.
