NBT Bancorp Leadership Changes

A Chenango County based financial institution is celebrating its leadership transition.

NBT Bancorp named John Watt Junior President and CEO, effective December 19, completing a succession plan.

Watt has over 30 years experience in the banking industry.

Retiring President and CEO Martin Dietrich was elected Chairman of the Board.
