Another snow storm is expected to cause some travel problems in the Twin Tiers.

The National Weather Service has posted a Winter Storm Watch for the region for late Tuesday night through Wednesday evening.

Forecasters say moderate to heavy snow is likely for the area. The snow is expected to start late Tuesday and continue into the next day.

There's a potential for six to ten inches in the Binghamton area.

Temperatures will be in the low 20s Tuesday morning, rising into the low 30 by afternoon. The overnight low will be in the mid 20s.

Winds will be out of the east at about 5 miles per hour late Tuesday night. They'll become northerly around 10 miles per hour on Wednesday.

Forecasters say travel conditions are expected to become hazardous Tuesday night and Wednesday.
