Missing Girl Could Be Headed to Binghamton

Officials in Oswego County say a Fulton man traveling with a teenage girl may have been headed toward the Southern Tier.

Oswego Police say 14 year old Samantha Palmer was last seen last December 7 and may be traveling with 25 year old Andres Perez who is wanted on a parole warrant.

The girl is white, standing 5’2” tall with short brown hair, blue eyes and weighs around 120 pounds.  Perez is Hispanic with hazel eyes, brown hair and weighs around 241 pounds.

Officials say they had reason to believe the pair was traveling from the Lake Ontario area toward Binghamton or Elmira.
