New York State Police in Tioga County are looking for a suspect in an robbery that reportedly put the employees of a fast food restaurant through a harrowing experience.

Early reports indicate a man jumped an employee of the McDonald's on Hickories Park Road in the Town of Owego at around 1:20 a.m. March 3 as she was leaving work and forced her back inside.

The robber reportedly forced all employees, except the manager, into the cooler and demanded the manager give him money.  A black handgun was displayed.  The manager was also then shut in the cooler.

The robber is described as black, weighing about 200 pounds, standing between 5’6” and 5’8” tall.

He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and a ski mask at the time.

Anyone with information should contact the New York State Police.
