The two men running for mayor of Binghamton are planning to discuss the issues facing the city during a live discussion on News Radio 1290 WNBF.

Democrat Joe Burns and Republican Jared Kraham have agreed to appear together on the Binghamton Now program on Wednesday, October 27 from 9 to 10 a.m. They'll talk about their priorities and visions for the city with the host, Bob Joseph.

Burns was elected to Binghamton City Council in 2019. He represents the Sixth District, which covers the southwest corner of the city.

Kraham has served as executive assistant to Mayor Richard David since 2014.

David has been mayor for nearly eight years. He is unable to seek reelection because of term limits.
