Man Tries to Outrun Pennsylvania State Police on an ATV

A Bradford County, Pennsylvania man is accused of trying to outrun State Police on an All Terrain Vehicle.

Troopers say they saw 25 year old Dillion Benjamin of Towanda riding recklessly on Liberty Corners Road in an area where children were playing near the road and he reportedly was not wearing protective gear.

Troopers say Benjamin drove faster and ran stop signs when they tried to pull him over.

He finally stopped after driving off the road into a crop field.

Authorities say Benjamin caused about 500 dollars in damage to the soybeans in the field.

He’s charged with fleeing and eluding a police officer, agricultural vandalism and 18 traffic citations.
