Man Charged After Being Found With a Stun Gun
New York State Police accuse a Binghamton man of illegally having a stun gun.
Troopers were conducting an unrelated investigation on Conklin Avenue at 7:17 p.m. October 16when an officer observed 22 year old Dillan Watson with a stun gun in his front pants pocket.
He’s charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
Watson has been ordered to appear in City of Binghamton Court at a later date.
