According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Department, 51-year-old Randy Barrowcliff of State Route 34 entered Energy Machine LLC, an oil and gas drilling tool repair company near his home.

Police say Barrowcliff was told several times to leave the business. At one point, officials say he urinated in front of onlooking workers.
