Man Accused of Forcing Sex on Teenage Boy

Broome County Sheriff’s Investigators say a Kirkwood man is accused of having forced sexual contact with a 15 year old boy.

Officials say 61 year old Bernard Fleming is charged with felony sexual abuse, two misdemeanor counts of forcible touching and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.

Fleming is also accused of having contact with the child under the age of 13 in the Town of Kirkwood earlier this month.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail to wait for his next appointment in Town of Kirkwood Court.
