Multiple Charges
Evan Thorson from Endicott was charged with Rape in the 3rd Degree, a Class E Felony, Criminal Sexual Act in the 3rd Degree, a Class E Felony, Child Endangerment, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Official Misconduct, a Class A Misdemeanor, following an investigation into inappropriate activity involving multiple juveniles in the Town of Dickinson. Obstruction
According to the Broome County Sheriff's report, Jerry Wayman of the Town of Chenango was charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Grand Larceny
After an investigation in the Town of Dickinson, Joseph Lane was charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree.
Reckless Endangerment
Christopher A. Lane, age 24 of Endicott, NY, was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following an investigation into suspicious activity in the Town of Union.
Harrassment
Following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Union, Walter Yates, III, from Maine, New York, was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree.
Criminal Possession
The Broome County Sheriff's weekly report noted that Kenny Ruiz of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a narcotics investigation during a warrant execution in the City of Binghamton.
Criminal Trespass
Tashawn Folks from Johnson City was charged with Criminal Trespass following a trespassing investigation in the Town of Chenango.
Multiple Traffic Violations
After an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Colesville, Mathew O’Neill of Windsor was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), along with multiple traffic violations.
