Two adults and three young children were uninjured after an early-morning fire tore through a mobile home in northern Broome County.

The blaze at 25 Cortland Street was reported at 3:45 a.m. Friday.

Lisle fire chief Thaddeus Keep told WNBF News the structure was fully involved when he arrived at the scene. He said all of the occupants already were out of the home.

Lisle firefighters were assisted by units from Killawog and Whitney Point. The fire was extinguished after less than an hour.

Keep said the fire appeared to have started in a bedroom area near the kitchen. He said there were no injuries.

The American Red Cross was providing assistance to the residents of the mobile home.
