The Broome County Sheriff's Office released its latest weekly arrest blotter on March 19, 2025.

These arrests and charges from the Broome County Sheriff's Office do not reflect all the department's activity for the week. All persons are considered innocent unless proven guilty in court.

All arrests and charges are open and ongoing investigations through local law enforcement agencies including the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, or other law enforcement agencies.

Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle

Wixie Nickerson of Binghamton was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, following a traffic stop in the Town of Chenango.

Jessie Fiske from Johnson City was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

After a traffic stop in the Town of Barker, Vanessa Lowe of Lisle was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

Criminal Possession

Melissa Kutney, from Susquehanna, Pennsylvania was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree following an investigation into a weapons complaint in the Town of Union.

Petit Larceny

Charles Hawkins of Binghamton was charged with Petit Larceny, following a larceny investigation in the City of Binghamton.

Reckless Endangerment

Dalton Lannon of Kirkwood was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the 1st Degree, Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.

Resisting Arrest

Patrick Shea from Binghamton was charged with Resisting Arrest and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree following a Warrant Execution in the Town of Kirkwood.

Grand Larceny

Bruce Houseknecht from Endicott was charged with Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree, and Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Statutory Rape

Jordan Wilson from Harpursville was charged with Rape in the 2nd Degree (Victim Under 15 years), a Class D Felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a statutory rape investigation in the Town of Colesville.
