The Broome County Sheriff's Office released its latest weekly arrest blotter on March 28, 2025.

These arrests and charges from the Broome County Sheriff's Office do not reflect all the department's activity for the week. All persons are considered innocent unless proven guilty in court.

All arrests and charges are open and ongoing investigations through local law enforcement agencies, including the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, or other law enforcement agencies.

Sexual Performance Charges

Jordan Wilson from Dickinson was charged with three counts of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, three counts of Promoting an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child, Rape in the 2nd Degree, three counts of Possession an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, following an investigation into statutory rape in the Town of Colesville.

Petit Larceny

Michael Hyde was charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Heather Sechrist of Endicott was charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Brad Williams was charged with two counts of Petit Larceny following separate larceny investigations in the Town of Union.

Dustan Manley, Jr., from Bainbridge, was charged with two counts of petit larceny following two separate larceny investigations in the Town of Chenango.

Natacha Cruz of Endicott was charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Criminal Contempt

Chelsey Davis of Binghamton was charged with two counts of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree following separate investigations into order of protection violations in the Town of Chenango.

Criminal Possession

Justin Pittsley of Cincinnatus was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree following a warrant execution in the Town of Triangle.

Dane Earle from Endicott was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, along with several traffic violations, following a traffic stop in Binghamton.

Statutory Rape

Keith Harrison II of Johnson City was charged with Rape in the 3rd Degree and Aggravated Patronizing a Minor for Prostitution in the 3rd Degree, following a statutory rape investigation in the Village of Endicott.

Failure To Report Address Change

Shawn Jones from Binghamton was charged with Failure to Report a Change of Address for More than 10 Days under the Sex Offender Registration Act following an investigation in the Town of Kirkwood.

Grand Larceny

Ryan Kelly of Endicott was charged with Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Bail Jumping

George Waldron from Lisle was charged with Bail Jumping in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a warrant execution in the Town of Nanticoke.
