Laceyville Man Charged in Fatal Accident

A Susquehanna County man is charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence.

Pennsylvania State Police say shortly after 8 p.m. August 29^th, Cody Mosher of Laceyville was reportedly involved in a crash on Place Road in Auburn Township.

Jeremy Mowry was killed in the crash.

Mosher was arrested November 6 and sent to the Susquehanna County Jail.

Bail was set at $25,000.
