Johnson City Man is Accused of Going 20 MPH Over the Speed Limit

A Johnson City man is accused of driving 89 miles an hour on Route 17 in the Town of Windsor.

Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies say they clocked 26 year old Kareem Duncan speeding December 8 in a 65 mile an hour zone.

Officials say they discovered Duncan had a suspended license and 16 outstanding ticket charges written on 11 different dates.  He’s charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
