The office of Binghamton mayor is about to be filled by a new, yet familiar face.

With all election districts reporting in, Republican Jared Kraham holds a nearly 700-vote lead over Democratic challenger Joe Burns. With only 117 write-in ballots according to the Broome County Board of Elections, the lead is insurmountable.
