Get Ready For The Vestal Fire Department Safety Expo 2024

Get ready, Southern Tier! The fire engines are revving, the police are gearing up, and safety excitement is in the air as the Vestal Fire Department prepares to host its annual Safety Expo on Saturday, October 5th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Where is the expo taking place? It will be held in the parking lot of the Barnes & Noble store in the Town Square Mall.

This is such a great community event that's completely free and one that the kids will love. There will be activities for all ages, showcasing various fire and police agencies, safety demonstrations, and even some free giveaways that are sure to light up your kid's face.

Action-Packed Exhibits and Demonstrations

Visitors will have the chance to explore the Broome County Kids Safety Trailer, where safety takes center stage with engaging displays and interactive activities for children. At the same time, the little ones get clued in on vital fire safety practices that are both educational and interesting.

But that's not all - buckle up for a jaw-dropping demonstration of a car extrication that promises to leave audiences on the edge of their seats.
