Located at 1674 Colesville Rd. in Harpursville, Nathaniel Cole Park sets the stage for a perfect beach bash. The event schedule is packed with a variety of attractions which means there will be something for everyone. From 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., you can participate in a range of activities, including swimming, boating, fishing, yard games, and even have a bounce in the bounce houses.

For those looking to explore the park's natural surroundings, there are several guided nature walks throughout the day. From 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., head to Shelter 1 for a guided nature walk by the Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE). At 4:00 p.m., the CCE offers a pond study session at the Boathouse. And if you're curious to learn more about pond life, visit the CCE Pond Study Table from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Be sure to explore the organization tabling area, where you can visit booths from Stop DWI, Solid Waste, and more, to learn about important community initiatives. If you're a fan of baseball, don't miss the Rumble Ponies' Rudy Appearance at 5:30 p.m.

The Beach Bash will be accompanied by great music. There will be a DJ playing music from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and if you're in the mood for a live performance, enjoy the sounds of A Country Mile from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Food lovers will find vendors like Pinkies BBQ, Downtown Danny's, Sammy's Italian Ice, Here's the Twist Ice Cream, and Funnel Cake and Lemonade.

For those wanting to relax, there will be smores and fire pits from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. And as the sun begins to set, get ready for a bright end to the night. At 8:00 p.m., enjoy a hula hoop performance, followed by a spectacular fireworks display at 8:20 p.m. (when it gets dark).

Admission to the Beach Bash is free, and on-site food and drinks will be available. However, attendees are encouraged to bring their own food and beverages as well and take advantage of the grills and picnic tables provided.
