Mirabito Customers Help Raise $75,000 for Local Families
Mirabito Cares, the community engagement arm of Mirabito Holdings, recently wrapped up a special fundraiser that brought in $75,000 for Folds of Honor. This is a fantastic organization that provides educational scholarships to the children and spouses of fallen or disabled military members and first responders.
How the Money Was Raised
From June 2nd through July 6th, 2025, customers at 109 Mirabito Convenience Stores were asked if they’d like to “round up” their purchases to the nearest dollar. That small change added up in a big way. With the help of loyal customers—and an extra contribution from Mirabito—the campaign reached an incredible milestone.
Supporting Heroes and Their Families
“At Mirabito, we are deeply committed to honoring and supporting the heroes who protect and serve our nation and communities,” said Marissa Sweeney, Senior Marketing Director of Mirabito Holdings, Inc. “It’s part of our mission to give back, and we are honored to stand with Folds of Honor in supporting the educational futures of the children and spouses of veterans, military members, and first responders.”
Staying Local
One of the best parts of this fundraiser is that all the money raised will stay right here in the communities Mirabito serves. That means customers’ donations directly help their neighbors, making sure local families feel the impact of this generosity.
