We are well into the spring season, the sun is shining (well some of the time), and summer is not too far off. This is our time to get out of the house and enjoy the beauty of the Southern Tier of New York and Northeast Pennsylvania.

The Twin Tiers have so many outdoor offerings to enjoy during mid-spring to mid-fall, during the warmer months of the year. Take just Broome County for example. We have some beautiful county parks.

They include Otsiningo and Aqua Terra Parks in Binghamton, Dorchester Park in Whitney Point, Roundtop Park, Greenwood Park in Lisle, Grippin Parks in Endicott, Nathaniel Cole Park in Harpursville, and Hawkins Piond in Windsor.

Each park has something to offer for everyone. And this year, among the many offerings and events, you will get to enjoy a Summer Concert Series, Summer Nature Walks, the 5K Series, and Movies in the Park.
