If you are a person who likes to look ahead and plan out vacations, trips, or other events, this summer could be a challenge.

The Old Farmer's Almanac just released their annual summer weather prediction for New York and you can expect to see some wild weather.

First off, depending on where you live in the "Empire State" you could see vastly different weather this summer.

Out in Western New York, The Old Farmer's Almanac is calling for a hot and rainy summer. We all know that summer is elite in Buffalo, so hopefully the rain won't dampen too many days.

In Central New York, you are looking at a cool and dry summer. The average temperatures will be below normal but so will the rainfall.

Out in the Eastern part of New York, including New York City, you are looking for a dry and hot summer. This summer will be the one where you want to get a pool or make friends with someone who has one.
